Caption Contest

This is the new home of the Weekly Caption Contest. (Thank you again, Anonymous, for the suggestion!) I will let you know on the front page at the beginning of each week when a new contest has begun. The rules of the contests are the same as before:

• Submit your caption in the comments at the bottom of the contest page (not this one). You may only submit one entry per week. (And please don’t create a bunch of identities so you can send in more entries.)
• Keep it G—nothing sketchy, no cursing, nothing dirty…you get the idea.
• The caption can’t be what was actually said…obviously.
• Captions may be submitted until Thursday (roughly). I’ll let you know when the contest is closed. Afterward, four finalists will be chosen and we’ll have a vote for the winner. The poll will be open for 24 hours.
