1 I’m not sure if this one is right. I’ll have to check it again.
2 Kumo (雲) means “cloud.” Tou or Dou (塔) is an ending used in the names of towers and pagodas.
3 Chikyuu (地球) is the actual word for “planet Earth.”
4 Ko (湖) is an ending used in the names of lakes.
5 There is no “v” sound in Japanese, so it’s usually replaced with a “b” sound.
6 The hiragana No (の), when used between two nouns, equals apostrophe + “s.” Mura (村) means “village.”
7 You probably think this one looks really strange. There are no “zi” or “th” sounds in Japanese, so “zi” becomes “shi” or “ji” and “th” becomes an “s” sound.

  1. Is magic also means Majutsu?

‘Cause: Toaru Majutsu no Indekusu means A certain Magical Index

  2. Hey, on Lake Roccaluce, you put a “mo” in the end of each of them… thought you should know

  3. Oblivious Plattler,
Can you post a picture of Winx Club modeling pix? I have those hanging in my laptop.
